In 2021 it was decided to sell the property management portfolio and focus strictly on real estate development and investment. CKE saw an opportunity and need at the Lake of the Ozarks so with no hesitation relocated to Osage Beach, MO. Since then, CKE Properties has seen great success with residential subdivision developments, custom homes, and commercial investments.

With over 25 years of experience in real estate, focusing on development and investment opportunities, Jeremy has cultivated a deep passion for the industry, prompting him to establish CKE Properties in 2016. As both a real estate developer and investor, Jeremy has played a key role in numerous land transactions and developments in St. Charles County over the past two decades.
Beyond his business achievements, Jeremy is dedicated to giving back to the community, regularly attending local government meetings and building strong relationships with leaders and clients alike. His intensity, commitment, and readiness for challenges are perhaps a testament to his five-year service in the U.S. Marine Corps.
At just 25, Jeremy earned his CCIM designation and began partnering with landowners and investors to launch CKE Properties. After experiencing significant success in the St. Louis area and subsequently selling his real estate portfolio, he relocated to Lake of the Ozarks. Since 2021, CKE Properties has been headquartered in Osage Beach, MO, where the company is actively involved in developing residential subdivisions, custom homes, and commercial properties.
In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys outdoor activities and cherishing moments with his wife and three children.

John is a phenomenal key member in the growth and expansion of CKE Properties’ construction division. As the project manager, he oversees the residential and commercial construction with expertise and incomparable customer service. John began his construction career in 1990, and in 2016 joined CKE Properties based in St. Charles, MO. In 2021 when CKE decided to make the move to the lake area, John packed his bags and came along.
His 25+years of construction knowledge and experience has been an asset to the residential and commercial development for our company around the lake area. In his off time he enjoys spending time at the lake with family.

Danyelle entered the real estate industry in 2012 working behind the scenes for clients to list and sell their properties. In 2023 she obtained her Missouri real estate license to add to her portfolio. In 2025, Danyelle was presented the opportunity to become part of CKE Properties team as the Executive Administrator. Her role is the ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently and provide support to other team members so that CKE can provide superior customer service to our clients. She is excited to be part of a company that is rapidly expanding in the lake area and becoming a well known developer.
